Cut-off Marks for NEET PG 2025
Along with the result, the Board has also released the minimum qualifying cut-offs for different categories. This year’s cut-offs are as follows:

These cut-offs serve as the baseline for determining eligibility for admission to postgraduate medical courses across the country. Candidates who have scored equal to or above the prescribed cut-off are considered qualified for the counselling rounds.
Counselling Process Ahead
With the results now declared, the next important step for candidates is the counselling process, which will be conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). The counselling will be held in multiple rounds for admission to MD, MS, and other postgraduate diploma programs in medical colleges across India. Both All India Quota (AIQ) seats and state quota seats will be filled on the basis of the NEET PG merit list.
The counselling schedule is expected to be released soon. Candidates are advised to keep their essential documents ready, including the NEET PG scorecard, admit card, MBBS degree certificate, internship completion certificate, and other required documents for verification during the admission process.
Importance of NEET PG Result
The NEET PG examination plays a crucial role in shaping the careers of thousands of medical graduates who aspire to pursue higher education in the field of medicine.
